JD: Email Development & Troubleshooting: Develop, update, and troubleshoot email templates across Marketo, Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Fix HTML and rendering issues to ensure cross-client email compatibility, particularly for Outlook on Windows, which has frequent rendering problems. Troubleshoot and implement fixes for Outlook-specific issues, such as spacing inconsistencies, missing images, broken layouts, and conditional table structures. Write and maintain JavaScript, Velocity Script, and AMPscript for dynamic email content and personalization. Debug and optimize email logic, ensuring seamless personalization and rendering across different platforms.
Form Development & Customization: Implement custom form validations in Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, and other platforms, including conditional logic and advanced field behavior. Modify and enhance Marketo, Pardot, and Eloqua forms with custom JavaScript solutions, such as dynamic field adjustments and data handling logic. Work with JSON-driven workflows to pull and process data dynamically for form automation.
Landing Page Development & Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain landing pages across Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop custom landing page templates with responsive layouts, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization. Implement custom JavaScript and CSS solutions to enhance landing page functionality beyond native platform capabilities. Integrate dynamic content, personalization, and tracking scripts into landing pages for optimized user engagement and lead capture. Troubleshoot and fix rendering issues in landing pages to ensure consistent display across different devices and browsers. Implement custom form logic and validations within landing pages for Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and other platforms.
Tagging & Tracking Implementation: Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for cookie tracking, event tracking, and conversion measurement. Work with tracking pixels and custom scripts to ensure proper data collection for analytics and conversion tracking.
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Velocity Script, and AMPscript. Expertise in HTML/CSS for email development, including debugging rendering issues. In-depth understanding of Outlook on Windows rendering behavior, including table-based layouts, VML fixes, and conditional CSS for different versions. Hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
