We are a premier luxury residential remodeling company seeking a motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with discerning clients to bring innovative design visions to life. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage high-end projects will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

• On site project measuring
• Design projects and preparation of presentation drawings
• Meet with clients at home or in office to present design drawings
• Preparation/presentation of estimates and contract/construction specifications
• Manage and prepare project to construction

What we're looking for:

• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of wood-frame constriction
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
• A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• AutoCAD experience is a plus

Hybrid Role – This full-time position affords the opportunity to work part-time in our offices and at home. This position requires individuals to have a vehicle to commute to various locations (project sites/offices/vendors) in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT.

DISCLOSURE: TRAINING WILL BE FULL-TIME IN MAMARONECK, NY OFFICE FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS

$65,000 BASE SALARY + COMMISSION/BONUSES

POTENTIAL FIRST-YEAR INCOME WHILE IN TRAINING: $85,000.00

POTENTIAL ANNUAL INCOME AFTER TRAINING: $135,000.00 +
