What's the Job?

• Create and maintain professional Articulate training materials for procurement and supplier contracting processes.
• Assist with discovery, design, development, building, testing, and implementation of several courses on related topics.
• Engage with diverse audiences including business owners, executives, and team members from various departments.
• Ensure training materials are effective and meet the needs of identified audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of training programs.

What's Needed?

• 6 years of experience in training material development, particularly using Articulate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a business-related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to create engaging and informative training content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders.
