Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits.
An architectural firm on the west side is seeking to hire an Interior Designer/Interior Architect.
REQUIREMENTS Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architectural Design from an accredited college. Prefer someone with 5 years or more experience working on a variety of projects such as commercial, educational, restaurant, hospitality types of facilities. Must have very good interior detailing skills and construction drawing documentation. Seeking self-motivated individual with a good understanding of the design process to include FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials and graphic presentation skills. Able to work on multiple projects and communicate effectively. Prefer candidates that are proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and SketchUp. Assist on projects to include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. Play a part in selecting finishes, furniture, art, and specifications. Coordinate the finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction. Provide construction administration of projects and review of submittals.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
