RECEPTIONIST / MARKETING ASSISTANT Aspen Personnel Service is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing company to find an outgoing, organized and creative individual to fill the role of R eceptionist/Marketing Assistant

within their growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering product-related inquiries and processing purchases.

Greet and assist callers in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries efficiently.

Manage the companys social media presence, sharing updates and key projects.

Design marketing materials, such as flyers, to support the sales team.

Coordinate and oversee customer survey distribution.

Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

Keep the supply room, reception area, and conference room tidy and well-stocked.

Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of

2 years experience

as a receptionist.

12 years of counter sales

experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

Google Suite (link removed)> Hands-on experience creating social media content for business use.

Background in marketing is a plus.

Familiarity with

Adobe Illustrator

is a bonus.

Compensation:

$20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
