Job Description
Teledyne LeCroy, a global leader in development, debug, compliance, and validation tools, is seeking a skilled, self-driven, and technology-savvy Marketing Product Manager. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, a big-picture vision, and the drive to turn that vision into reality. You will lead and grow a line of cutting-edge test and measurement products essential for worldwide engineering teams and validation groups developing next-generation computing, communications, and storage products, ranging from IoT and Consumer Electronics to Datacenters, Cloud, and AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning and Delivery:
Define and manage the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, creating the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to support product development and identify new opportunities.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop company strategy, product strategy, and roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with internal stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy, product requirements, positioning, and key benefits.
Product Evangelism:
Act as the product evangelist, working with leading industry groups, the sales channel, and lighthouse customers.
Innovation:
Investigate issues and find innovative solutions for both internal and broader market needs.
Marketing Strategy:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and business activities.
Event Management:
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including sales collateral, customer presentations, and web content.
Partnerships:
Analyze potential partner relationships and work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Leadership:
Act as a leader within the company, mentoring and interacting with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Requirements:
BSc/BA in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
5+ years of marketing/product management experience with proven success as a Product Manager.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to think both analytically and creatively.
Knowledgeable in device connectivity, interconnects, communication, storage, or Consumer Electronics technologies and their evolution.
Experience in defining and marketing both hardware and software-based products.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
Ability to supervise a product line and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
Excellent people and management skills to mentor and interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, and generate strategic positioning, performance, and other detailed reports.
Not just have experience working in an agile development environment but can think and plan agile.
Experience with design and validation tools is a strong plus.
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
Must be able to travel.
Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000
