Genesis10 is currently seeking a Graphic Designer with our client in the financial Industry located in Princeton, NJ. This is a 6+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: Participate in design projects that range from basic content creation to low-to-moderately complex design challenges Apply brand standards to ensure all materials align with corporate guidelines Develop creative, engaging PowerPoint presentations, sales materials, and internal communications, balancing typography, page layout, and design best practices Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to understand business objectives and effectively translate complex information into clear, impactful visuals Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards Analyze existing processes and propose opportunities to streamline workflows within the design process Present recommendations and solutions to address design challenges, exercising some independent judgment while adhering to policies and procedures Provide guidance and design expertise to internal teams, contributing to process improvement initiatives within experience design
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of
experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Strong understanding of brand standards and how to apply them effectively Expertise in typography and page layout, with a keen eye for detail Ability to distill complex text or data into concise, visually compelling content Experience telling a story from a sales perspective, tailoring materials to support sales pitches and leadership presentations Experience working directly with sales teams and leadership to gather requirements and feedback Familiarity with Treasury Management products and services is a plus Confidence in analyzing processes and recommending ways to streamline workflows for improved efficiency
Pay Range: $35-45
