Marketing/Proposal Manager - Boston - Civil/Utilities - GC/CM

Hays is partnering with a leading Civil and Utilities GC/CM in Boston, MA, who is looking to add a Senior Marketing/Proposal Manager to their team.

Their estimating and marketing teams have been doing amazing work, securing two different $250 million projects, including a design-build project. They continue to engage in exciting and large-scale projects, ensuring every day you walk in is a new adventure.

Your new role

• Oversee all marketing activities related to business pursuits, including crafting proposals, preparing presentations, organizing events, and managing sponsorships.
• Create and oversee the development of compelling narratives and dynamic presentations.
• Keep the Pursuit Marketing production calendar up to date.
• Ensure company certifications and pre-qualifications are current and manage proposal deadlines.
• Distribute and analyze Salesforce data for relevant teams.
• Lead and support the proposal team, synthesizing information to generate new content.
• Assist with special marketing projects and represent the firm at industry events.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role within an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm or a comparable organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm or similar professional services environment.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
