We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer with expertise in print, branding, and retail. This role will involve close collaboration with the print design team and cross-functional partners on projects related to packaging, retail, POS, 360 campaigns, press materials, and product innovation.

This role requires prior experience in packaging and retail design, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be organized, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for print and retail design.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design work with overall branding and marketing strategies.
  • Research market trends, competitor designs, and consumer behavior to enhance creative output.
  • Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and design files for seamless production.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups for review and testing.
  • Oversee print production, proofing, and press checks to maintain design integrity.
  • Interface with manufacturers and vendors to achieve desired outcomes and maintain brand aesthetics.
  • Prepare final design files and ensure color accuracy for production.
  • Quickly adapt and revise work based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Present designs to leadership teams for review and approval.
  • Develop renderings and visual merchandising concepts to bring designs to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest design techniques, materials, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in art/design preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in design, including packaging and retail design.
  • Prior experience with CPG brands, either in-house or within an agency setting, is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma for presentations is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of print production and technical artwork specifications.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
