What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leasing Magic: Help future residents find their perfect home by guiding them through the leasing process, showing apartments, and assisting with lease signings.
• Organized and Efficient: Keep the property’s files neat, tidy, and in compliance with all necessary guidelines.
• Rent Rockstar: Make sure rent is collected on time and help address any tenant questions or concerns with a smile.
• Maintenance Hero: Coordinate and follow up on work orders to make sure repairs and requests are handled quickly and effectively.
• Customer Service Extraordinaire: Provide top-notch service and ensure every resident feels heard and valued.
• Administrative Support: Assist with keeping things running smoothly by managing data entry, reports, and documents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property management, especially with tax credit/LIHTC properties. (Preferred)
• A knack for attention to detail and staying organized.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Amazing customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is a must.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Bonus points for bilingual skills (English/Spanish)!
