As a Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content that achieves goals across our website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. You will combine creative storytelling, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to enhance engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual, video, and written content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Execution: Manage and grow our presence across platforms.
  • Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Plan and execute content calendars.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance using social and web analytics, refining strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Event Content Creation: Capture and create real-time content from industry events and company-hosted activities.
  • Trend Awareness & Adaptation: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates, implementing best practices to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, design, advertising, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in content marketing, social media management, or marketing. Examples of work required.
  • Strong graphic design and writing storytelling skills. High knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 platforms. Experience with Canva.
  • Deep understanding of core social media platforms, their algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics. Experience with social scheduling tools.
  • Hands-on experience in filming, editing, and producing social video content desired, but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with a positive attitude, independently and collaboratively across teams.
