We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Traffic Manager to be the central hub for our Platform and MuleSoft creative teams. You'll be the key to ensuring projects flow smoothly from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget. If you're a master of communication, a project management pro, and have a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to shine!


What You'll Do:

  • Traffic Control: Be the go-to person for all Platform and MuleSoft creative projects. Manage the workflow, assign tasks, and keep everything moving forward.
  • Timeline Guru: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and proactively flagging any potential roadblocks.
  • Resource Wrangler: Collaborate with the creative lead to allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and maximizing team efficiency.
  • Communication Champion: Keep everyone in the loop with regular project updates, priority shifts, and any scope changes.
  • Process Optimizer: Continuously look for ways to improve our project management processes, making workflows smoother and boosting productivity.
  • Budget Watchdog: Keep a close eye on project budgets and expenses, ensuring we stay within our financial limits.
  • Documentation Specialist: Maintain meticulous records of project details, from timelines and milestones to approvals and revisions.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in project/traffic management, ideally in a creative agency or marketing setting.
  • Superb organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects like a pro.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be collaborating with all sorts of people.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (like Asana). Experience with Slack is a plus!
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of creative processes and best practices in design, copywriting, and production.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
