Our fashion client is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead their design team and deliver impactful, brand-consistent graphics across all channels. You'll oversee digital and print assets, including website visuals, email campaigns, social media graphics, and media ads, ensuring high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring brand alignment.
- Oversee design and production of visuals for website, digital ads, email, and social media.
- Ideate, review, and approve design concepts, aligning with creative vision.
- Manage design processes and ensure strong brand storytelling.
- Conduct design reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Research design trends to maintain cutting-edge visuals.
- Ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Manage special graphic design and marketing projects.
- Proactively work with the marketing calendar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Deep passion for fashion and a keen sense for design, aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Obsessed with the details, organized, and thrives in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during core business hours.
