Position Overview: In this role, you will play a key part in executing and managing marketing initiatives while providing advanced support to the team. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on a mix of hands-on tasks and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital Managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, social media, and print.
  2. Take ownership of specific marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  3. Support content development for a variety of platforms, including website updates, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales materials.
  4. Support execution of events such as Webinars, trade shows and team meetings.
  5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to the team.
  6. Assist in managing the company’s digital presence.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  8. Support coordination with external vendors, such as creative agencies, event organizers, and partners, to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  9. Contribute ideas for process improvement and team efficiency while supporting team objectives.

Qualifications/Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven success in executing campaigns and managing projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools).
  4. Experience in content creation and editing, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  5. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or a strong ability to collaborate with design teams.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  7. Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data and generating reports.
  8. Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
