Position Overview: In this role, you will play a key part in executing and managing marketing initiatives while providing advanced support to the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital Managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, social media, and print.
- Take ownership of specific marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Support content development for a variety of platforms, including website updates, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales materials.
- Support execution of events such as Webinars, trade shows and team meetings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to the team.
- Assist in managing the company’s digital presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support coordination with external vendors, such as creative agencies, event organizers, and partners, to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and team efficiency while supporting team objectives.
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven success in executing campaigns and managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools).
- Experience in content creation and editing, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or a strong ability to collaborate with design teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data and generating reports.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
