Base pay range
$13,200.00/yr - $16,200.00/yr

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our multi-channel marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment and is passionate about luxury real estate, digital content, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Management
- Help maintain the quality and accuracy of content and imagery across our platforms.
- Organize and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, and marketing materials.
- Assist in creating high-impact property marketing pieces and sales presentations.
- Help launch and test our new website pages and performance.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Keep internal drives, folders and assets organized and updated.
- Build and maintain marketing spreadsheets and campaign tracking tools.
- Help compile and present key performance indicators (KPIs) from marketing initiatives.
- Assist in compiling PPC and remarketing data to optimize digital strategies.
Community & Social Engagement
- Monitor and engage with the brand’s social media community across platforms.
- Support holiday campaigns and special marketing initiatives for clients.
- Assist in email marketing efforts, including pre-construction templates for agents.
Event & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, networking dinners, and happy hours.
- Research and coordinate photoshoot locations, studio bookings, and creative collaborations.
- Communicate with vendors, gather proposals, and handle marketing-related correspondence.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, business administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated fluency and command of the English language with excellent writing skills.
- Passion for marketing and storytelling, with a keen eye for branding and design.
- Organized and detail-oriented, excelling at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Suite, CRM platforms, and basic design tools like Adobe Suite/Canva.
- Prior experience in real estate or luxury marketing is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment and has experience working remotely.
