Marketing Director Job at Gedeon GRC Consulting in New York

Gedeon GRC is looking for a Marketing Director to join our firm. This position will further the company growth by identifying new project opportunities, developing business relationships and creating company awareness throughout the industry.

SALARY RANGE:

$125,000-$160,000 annually. Pay commensurate with experience.

LOCATION:

Remote (local to the NYC Metro Area). This position expects about 10% of travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Determine and set marketing objectives to meet goals set by the President/CEO.
2. Manage, mentor and support direct reports through training and feedback.
3. Translate marketing objectives into an effective marketing plan and establish marketing policies and procedures to meet these objectives.
4. Represent the company to clients, industry and networking events, etc.
5. Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principals to secure new clients and projects and manage business development opportunities of all company offices.
6. Supervise and approve the development of proposals, scopes of work, estimate fees, project and personnel experience profiles and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Participate in all pre-proposal meetings.
8. All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year an accredited College or university in Business Administration or Marketing
2. 12 years of A/E/C marketing experience
3. Strong understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
4. Thorough knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Adobe InDesign a plus.
7. Digital Marketing experience a plus.
8. Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) a plus
9. Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
