About this role
Adaptiva is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own user experience design across our award-winning product suite. You’ll be working with the Product Management and Development teams to provide crucial feedback regarding requirement definitions to ensure smooth and intuitive end-user experience for both new and existing products. This position reports to the head of front-end development.
Responsibilities
- Work with product management and software development teams to understand the company’s core platform and its complex use cases.
- Define the complete set of user personas for the company’s products.
- Design the overall administrative user experience that various personas can use for performing complex tasks consisting of multi-step sequences.
- Work with the front-end development team to guide the implementation of the product UI in accordance with your UX vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with UX/product design specifically for enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work with other team members and departments to successfully meet market demand.
- Experience with complex systems and use cases.
- Experience designing applications for a highly technical user base.
- Experience creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using the company’s visual design guidelines and widget libraries.
- Experience with user research and persona definition.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $118,000 – $130,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.
The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
