UX Designer/Researcher
We are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer/Researcher to join our design system team.
The UX Designer will collaborate closely with UI designers, developers and product teams to deliver user-centered experiences that enhance the usability and accessibility of our products. Focus will be on conducting in-depth research, creating wireframes and prototypes to ensure that our designs meet both user needs and align with business vision.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and pain points. • Analyze research findings to identify trends and inform design decisions. • Create user flows to visualize the user journey and enhance usability. • Develop wireframes to outline layout and functionality, create prototypes to simulate user interactions and gather feedback. • Collaborate with UI Designer to maintain visual consistency and align designs with user experience goals. • Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and research findings. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design and research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in UX design and research, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma. •
- Experienced in Agile delivery method and managing deliverables in JIRA.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of Web Frameworks/Libraries (React, Material UI and Chart.js) and Code Settings (TypeScript, ESLint and Vite) is a plus.
