JOB DESCRIPTION
The Post Producer oversees and manages the post-production process for film and digital media projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining schedules and budgets.
As part of the team your responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage post-production schedules, workflows, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate between directors, editors, sound designers, colorists, and other post-production team members, both in house and external partners
- Oversee project delivery requirements and ensure technical specifications are met for various distribution platforms
- Manage asset organization, including footage, audio files, graphics, and project documentation
- Negotiate with vendors and freelancers for post-production services
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with delivery specifications for different platforms and broadcasters
- Coordinate ADR sessions, sound mixing, and color correction appointments
- Manage quality control process and oversee final deliverables
- Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues during post-production
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in post-production management
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows and technical requirements
- Experience with digital delivery specifications and formats
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once
- Knowledge of post-production budgeting and cost management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with museums major plus
- Knowledge of immersive motion graphics workflows and pipelines
- Experience with large scale and non traditional aspect ratio
- Experience with live-action shoots
