Who We're Looking For The ideal employee at our dental office is someone who brings joy through their fun-loving nature, compassion through their caring attitude, and commitment through their loyalty to our team and patients. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations Take dental x-rays, CT scans, and Pano Educate patients on oral hygiene practices Sterilize dental instruments and equipment Clean up at the end of the day Restock the rooms Skills Skills we would like, but training can be provided on the job: Proficient in dental assisting techniques Familiarity with 3D scanners (e.g., Itero) and medical imaging technology Knowledge of dental and medical terminology Experience in general dentistry is a plus Experience with Dentrix software system Familiarity with dental implant procedures Proficiency in medical terminology specific to dentistry
