About the company: Our client, a leading Product Management Platform, is looking for a Principal Product Designer to join their Insights Team. The company helps product managers, designers, and engineers deeply understand customer needs, enabling them to build world-class products.

About the role: As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer insights within the platform. You’ll be responsible for designing innovative solutions that help customers gather and act on valuable product insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in product management tools.

In this role you will: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and define user-centric solutions. Identify product opportunities, bring clarity to customer problems, and advocate for impactful design decisions. Own and drive the design strategy for customer insights within the platform. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution. Mentor senior and staff designers, raising the bar for design craft and execution. Lead design critiques and product discussions, influencing key decisions. Design intuitive, scalable solutions that support enterprise customers. Communicate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Contribute to the company’s product-led growth strategy by enhancing user engagement and adoption.

About you: 5+ years of experience in a senior IC design role, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS. Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a focus on usability and customer experience. Experience in user research, journey mapping, and information architecture. Proven track record of shipping high-impact product experiences. Experience working on complex, modular, and extensible platforms. Understanding of enterprise customers’ needs and ability to design for large-scale organizations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams. Proactive, curious, and driven by solving complex design challenges.
