UX / UI Designer

Our Client's Financial Services team is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with experience in ecommerce, and finance products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, work well under pressure, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change.
UX / UI Designer Qualifications: The role requires ARPA type of experience. Design approach that focuses on exploring cutting-edge, experimental ideas to create radically new and potentially disruptive user interfaces and experiences Highly skilled in Sketch, Figma, Keynote, and other design tools 2+ years of work experience: A degree in human interaction sociology, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent is preferred A portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design work for mobile, and web is preferred. Previous experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred An understanding of visual and communication design principles Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal
UX / UI Designer Responsibilities: From brainstorming through implementation, the UX/UI Designer will work as the voice of user experience and design standards while working with business, engineering, marketing, QA, and partners Create and maintain design patterns and shared features Help product designers apply them to create a suite of elegant products that anyone can use Quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions Work across several teams to create consensus and provide deliverables under tight deadlines and fast-changing priorities
