Minimum Qualifications Experience in intermediary marketing within the investment management industry, which should include development and execution of marketing communication plans and initiatives. Demonstrated success in developing US Wealth channel marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and sales. A digital-first approach to marketing with experience utilizing an extensive stack of marketing technologies. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent project management/organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, be consistently responsive, and manage changing priorities while meeting often strict deadlines. Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with senior stakeholders, internal business partners, external clients, creative teams, and external vendors. Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seeking out ways to improve and elevate effective marketing strategies. A passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment. Understanding of the US wealth marketplace, including the regulatory and legislative landscape. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree required Marketing experience in financial services required 5 plus years’ experience required US Wealth management experience is a homerun Asset Management preferred if no US Wealth Management Must have experience with intermediary marketing Broad marketing experience preferred - not just social media etc. Looking for events, social media, paid media (PM), public relations (PR) Strong project management
