Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Experience and Operations, the Web Content Specialist (Global) is a critical position to help our organization maintain a BIC Shopify & Builder.io instance. In this role, you will be the key stakeholder responsible for managing web content across all of our consumer & pro sites globally. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the setup within Shopify (across all seven markets) of all product launches (consumer & pro) Responsible for the setup within Shopify & Builder.io of all new product features or content pages (i.e. hair quiz or updates to content pages within the footer) Implements all SEO content updates (including, but not limited to meta titles, meta descriptions, blog posts, etc.) Supports Senior Manager Global Site Experience in managing our SEO agency Maintains best practices for web content within Shopify & Builder.io (i.e. naming conventions, deleting or archiving old content, promotions, etc.) In partnership and with direction from the Pro team, manages site content for the Pro site Manages and updates site to support employee gratis program Key stakeholder for site QA / UAT Executes any content updates as needed for ADA Compliance (as communicated by ADA Vendor and IT) Supports commercial team members with any promotion setup or other site merchandising related questions About You:

3-5 years e-commerce experience Must have expertise in Shopify (ability to create pages, templates, etc.) Must know Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Asana, Jira & Confluence Nice to have if they know Builder.io, but not necessary Must be comfortable in a fast-paced & dynamic environment Detail oriented We'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement. The annual base pay for this position is

$75,000 - $85,000

with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
