As a Product Marketing Manager at Bright Security, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team. You will collaborate with product, sales, partners, and customer success teams to craft and communicate compelling product messaging and positioning. You will also be in charge of collecting data about market trends, competitors, and partners and summarizing this data so it can be leveraged by the rest of the Bright organization. Your efforts will drive our marketing strategies, help define our product roadmap, and empower our sales team to excel. Day-to-day responsibilities: Have your pulse on the market, understand the market landscape of potential tech partners, complimentary solutions, competitors, and other adjacent companies to communicate this data to the rest of Bright. Partner with the product management team to understand the product roadmap and plan new product launches. Translate product capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate with customers and build awareness. Become the authority on our market category and buyer personas, understanding their purchasing decisions and key buying criteria. Develop and manage essential product, partner, and sales materials, including sales decks, tech briefs, demo videos, webinars, product web pages, customer testimonials, case studies, and reviews. Partake in leading the communication for new product releases and launches. Support demand generation campaigns, including paid campaigns, content initiatives, webinars, and events. Be in charge of curating our entire User/Buyer journey and finding ways to optimize it. Run webinars, present at conferences, collaborate with industry leaders, and establish yourself as a thought leader. Requirements: At least 4 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS technology products. Experience in Application or API security – a big advantage. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messaging. Proven track record of successfully leading the positioning of complex technical products. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. An independent and curious thinker, creative, and quick to learn. Experience in creating various types of content, including whitepapers, infographics, web copy, LinkedIn posts, and blog posts. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in conducting training, webinars, and participating in events – a plus. Proven experience as a thought leader and recognized expert – a plus. Fluent in English, able to convey intricate ideas with ease. Proven ability to manage and collaborate across organizations and lead teams that don’t report directly to you. Why Join Us?
