Senior Instructional Designer
Location: Remote (MN candidates preferred)
Hours: 20/week
What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Customer Education program manager to design and develop learning solutions that engage, inspire, and enable Consult with internal and external subject matter experts to create high-impact curriculum Independently development and manage HTML e-learning content Independently produce finished motion graphics and digital imagery Independently produce finished e-learning content Independently produce job aids and infographics Independently produce slides for instructor-led training Be able to compose e-learning solutions for technical and non-technical topics Produce interactive learning solutions Ensure all learning experiences meet quality and brand standards Evaluate learning solutions to identify appropriate modifications
What you’ll need:
Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to team workflow process. At least 5 years of related work experience Proven Learner Experience Design skills including visual design, usability, interactive design, and accessibility. Portfolio that demonstrates a fit for this role. Must-have proficiency: Skilljar LMS HTML e-learning development and management Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Microsoft Office 365 Applications Evolve Great-to-have proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite
