Digital Marketing Manager

to join our eCommerce team. This Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to lead our digital marketing strategy and campaigns for our iconic, industry-leading brands, such as

Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds , driving sales across Amazon, Instacart, and our click-and-mortar customers. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Job Description

Lead strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution of full funnel programs that drive sales growth across Amazon, Instacart, and other eCommerce marketplaces. Responsible for establishing, delivering, and reporting on financial metrics for digital marketing campaigns. Building, monitoring, and managing sponsored ads. Partner with brand and marketing teams on creative assets for display ads. Support the sales team on their retail customers’ eCommerce capabilities and requirements. Collaborate with the media team and digital agencies to manage DSP. Provide insights into the digital grocery industry, staying up-to-date on digital advertising trends to build and maintain competitive advantage in the online space. Qualifications

5 or more years of progressive experience developing and executing digital advertising strategies. Must have working knowledge of Amazon campaign creation and management. Experience with a mix of platforms and software would be useful such as Syndigo, PromoteIQ, CitrusAd, Jungle Scout, Helium10, etc. Experience with programmatic ads. Demonstrates a curiosity for the latest eCommerce trends and understands how to test and evaluate different waves of ad theory and algorithm changes. Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or M.S. preferred. CPG food & beverage industry experience preferred. Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to formulate profitability-driven decisions. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build effective relationships, and influence decision-making both internally and externally to achieve business goals. Excel at storytelling and presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a plus. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus. Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Additional Information
