Overview

The remote(USA) Senior Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for building and executing our integrated digital marketing strategy. They will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the Forefront brand, consumer value prop and differentiators, generate patient appointments for our services and support other business units in lead generation and lead nurture. This role will oversee website strategy and management, paid digital advertising (PPC, paid social), email and text outreach, digital patient engagement, SEO optimization, social media and content creation. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role combines strategic planning with agile execution to achieve the company's growth goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketing leader with extensive experience in digital marketing and a proven ability to optimize marketing processes, analyze data and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-based B2C and B2B environment. They will excel at both developing a sustainable strategy for long-term business growth and leading the hands-on execution of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Infrastructure Development: Architect and implement a flexible digital infrastructure for rapid testing, analytics, and scaling. Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to optimize campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing efficiency. Create and execute an integrated content strategy using data-driven prioritization. Design and implement a marketing technology stack that supports advanced analytics and automation.

Digital Marketing Implementation & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website development and optimization. Develop and execute website strategies to drive organic traffic, lead generation, and brand positioning. Implement and refine SEO strategies (technical and content SEO) to enhance search rankings and lead acquisition. Own and drive marketing-sourced patient appointments and leads for physician recruitment and M&A teams. Develop and execute paid media, content marketing, email, and social media campaigns. Oversee national organic social media strategy and enable social media distribution at local sites. Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on resource optimization. Continuously optimize the customer journey through rapid experimentation and A/B testing. Identify and deploy AI capabilities to improve response rates and reduce cost per conversion. Oversee engagement strategies, UX, and content management to maximize user engagement and conversion. Digital Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team in a collaborative environment. Partner with Field Ops and Field Marketing to drive enablement processes and optimize paid advertising spend. Work closely with brand, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign effectiveness with tailored digital communications. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, data storage, privacy). Support physician recruitment, business development, HR, and other stakeholders with lead generation and engagement initiatives. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and completion of required training. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other master's degree a plus 12+ years' experience in digital marketing strategy and execution Experience in healthcare services for large, multi-site healthcare organizations strongly preferred Proven track record of executing successful demand-generation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Conversion Response Optimization (CRO), social media and content marketing Proven track record of driving successful MVP launches Deep expertise in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics) required Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems required (e.g. Salesforce) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, product and other cross-functional teams Leadership capabilities to motivate and manage a team of professionals, driving accountability and results Ability to travel up to 15% Physical Demands:

Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment. Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copier). Ability to communicate via telephone. Ability to sit for large portions of a workday.
