About the Role

We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in shaping user-centered solutions. As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineers to identify the right problems to solve, evaluate solution options, and measure the usability of delivered products. You'll apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user insights that directly inform product strategy and design decisions. Key Responsibilities

Work with PMs and Engineers to define research questions that inform product decisions and ensure alignment with business goals. Design and execute research studies, including 1:1 interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiries, card sorting, and usability studies. Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders. Assess potential solutions through usability testing and other evaluative research methods, providing feedback to improve user experience. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to ensure research insights are integrated into product development processes. Track user experience metrics post-launch and recommend iterative improvements based on data and feedback. Document research processes, findings, and insights in accessible formats to inform future product iterations. Champion user needs and perspectives throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that solutions align with user expectations and behaviors. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in UX research or a related role. Proficiency in a range of research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including PMs, UX designers, and Engineers. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with design and research tools such as Figma, Mural, Icon8, Optimal Workshop or similar. Ability to obtain a Public Trust or other clearance as required Preferred Skills

Experience conducting research in Agile development environments. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive research practices. Experience with quantitative research and data analysis tools. Experience in MAX Confluence and MAX Jira Exposure to Salesforce, API management, data & governance, or AWS is a plus.
