Good Sam's Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join them at our Chicago, IL location. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based off of his or her data analysis and market research. You will also track and analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives. Your analysis and recommendations will help make our marketing strategies more impactful and effective.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Performance Analysis
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital, email, and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing teams on providing actionable recommendations to optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Customer Insights Development
  • Assist the business with the development of segmentation strategies to analyze customer behavior and inform targeted marketing strategies.
  • Identify patterns and trends using advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling.
  • Marketing Attribution Modeling
  • Provide foundational support toward Implementing multi-touch attribution models to understand the contribution of various channels to revenue growth.
  • Deliver insights on optimal channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
  • Drive requirements for dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity to provide accurate and reliable dashboards.
  • Solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaboration Across Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies with data-driven insights.
  • Communicate complex analytics in accessible formats for decision-making.


What you need to Have for the Role:

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
  • Expertise in marketing attribution and customer journey analysis.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
