The User Experience Designer will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to understand and translate user needs into design solutions that align with product vision and deliver business value. In addition to working on projects, you will help create team processes and a culture of research.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to shape product/feature vision and help ensure we are solving the right problems for our users.
Use best practices, user insights, and analytics to inform design decisions.
Communicate your design approach throughout the process using the best approach for the scenario, which could include wireframes, user flows, journey or service maps, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design and smooth implementation.
Help create and improve design team processes, deliverables, and tools (we currently use Figma, Miro, Loop, Confluence, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Jira).
