Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • :Develop corporate objectives for existing and new product lines and for brand licensing activities and has proven success in transforming those objectives into concrete marketing plans to ensure objectives are met
  • .Develop and manage marketing operating budgets
  • .Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Must have the ability to be creative and on the cutting edge in developing new alternative methods of advertising and promotion
  • .Develop and implement product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy
  • .Create brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to assist the sales team
  • .Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
  • .Oversee and evaluate the industry and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • .Keep abreast of the marketplace to ensure new products are developed to meet ever-changing customer needs and demands. Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
  • .Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • .Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present them to executive management
  • .Establish, maintain, and continually refine the corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
  • .Ensure each product is properly represented at trade shows through booth design, PR, artwork, strategy, and staffing
  • .Assist other departments within the organization to prepare promotional materials, manuals, and technical publications
  • .Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness
  • .Participate in product research and development
  • .Continue, refine, and transform existing campaigns including truck wraps, calendars, social media, sponsorships, and other

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • :Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and a variety of sponsors, vendors, and customers
  • .Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external sponsors, vendors, and customers
  • .Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • .Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • .Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Education and Experience

  • :Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • .Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience
  • .15 years of marketing experienc
