We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement for LangChain through a diverse range of events — from industry conferences to executive gatherings and meetups. You'll own event strategy, execution, follow-up, and performance tracking to maximize impact.

Candidate must be excited to be in-person 5 days/week at our office in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you should expect to: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of events, from major industry conferences to executive gatherings and local meetups, to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Prioritize industry conferences, identify key engagement and sponsorship opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to connect with the right audience.

Oversee all aspects of event planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless coordination and maximum engagement.

Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to optimize efficiency and impact.

Serve as the primary point of contact during events, managing on-the-ground operations, resolving challenges, and representing LangChain with professionalism.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event initiatives with business goals and maximize impact.

Track key event metrics, analyze insights, and refine strategies to drive continuous improvement and success.

How to be successful in this role You have 3+ years of experience in events or field marketing.

You’re detail-oriented with a "get it done" mindset.

You can juggle multiple projects while maintaining ownership and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You have experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency — while delivering a top-tier experience for attendees.

You’re creative and bring new ideas to the table.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and see unstructured settings as an opportunity to drive impact and shape the company’s success.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.

Annual salary range: $150,000-$185,000 USD
