Senior Associate, Ads Insights - Ads & Promotions About the Team

Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for supporting marketing analytics and surfacing business insights for our advertisers.

In this role, you will partner with Account Management/ Sales teams to support the sales motion by generating customer insights and media optimizations to enable advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash’s marketing products. You’ll create campaign reports, analyze campaign effectiveness through lift studies, consolidate trends into case studies, and develop performance benchmarks as we bring new advertisers onboard and drive product adoption. You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics in an advertising agency, consumer brand or tech company; high growth startup experience preferred. You can write complex SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources. You are proficient in Excel (can maintain large, complex data sets). You demonstrate hypothesis-driven problem solving skills. Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment. You possess strong organization and communication skills to synthesize business insights from data. Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States. $79,900 — $117,500 USD About DoorDash
