Brand Marketing Manager

to lead key brand initiatives, oversee the marketing calendar, and craft compelling storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand consistency, supporting creative direction, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate The Elder Statesman’s presence in the luxury fashion space. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns, launches, and key moments. Creative Brief Development:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop thoughtful briefs that drive storytelling, campaign direction, and visual narratives. Launch & Brand Experience:

Support go-to-market strategies for new collections, brand partnerships, and activations, ensuring alignment across all channels. Social & Influencer Marketing:

Work closely with the social team to align content strategy and oversee VIP/influencer seeding efforts to drive organic brand visibility. Consumer Touchpoints:

Ensure a strong brand experience across all customer interactions, from e-commerce and retail to experiential marketing. Creative Production Support:

Assist in planning and executing creative shoots, ensuring campaigns are cohesive and reflective of the brand’s DNA. Who You Are: Deeply immersed in the luxury fashion industry with a strong understanding of brand-building in this space. A strategic thinker who can execute at both high-level and detail-oriented levels. Passionate about storytelling and crafting brand moments that resonate with consumers. Experienced in social media, influencer marketing, and cultural marketing trends. Agile, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the luxury fashion or lifestyle space. Proven experience managing marketing calendars, brand storytelling, and product launches. Strong understanding of influencer marketing, VIP seeding, and luxury consumer behavior. Experience supporting creative production, photoshoots, and campaign rollouts. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
