User Experience Architect Program Manager Our healthcare educational client is seeking a User Experience Architect / Program Manager to join our team and drive the seamless connection between technical and sales disciplines.

This role will focus on improving the user experience of our educational platforms, particularly addressing login related confusion for physicians, residents, and medical students. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX architecture, product strategy, and program management, ensuring that cross-functional teams collaborate effectively to enhance engagement and usability. This position also involves designing landing pages for various educational platforms, making the user journey more intuitive and accessible. What You'll Need to Have to Qualify: Bridge the gap between development, sales, and product teams to align technical and business goals. Lead UX initiatives to enhance the login experience and overall usability of educational platforms. Design and optimize landing pages tailored for different user segments, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience. Act as a Program Manager to oversee projects from inception to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, particularly in user access and navigation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive product improvements. What Skills and Experience You'll Need to Have Accomplished: Proven experience in UX design, product strategy, and program management. Strong understanding of both technical and sales processes. Experience designing and optimizing landing pages for educational or professional platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to UX improvements. Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration across multiple disciplines. Ability to map user journeys and identify friction points for process optimization. Experience leading initiatives that require cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management. Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment. A collaborative approach, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a positive, solutions-focused work environment. This is a hybrid, open-ended contract role that is eligible for health, vision, dental insurance, as well as 401k through Catena Solutions. Rate range based on years of experience, skillset and expertise in Program Management and Information Architecture: $68 - 80/hourly on W2.
