As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are our resident paid social and search expert, responsible for strategy, management, optimizations, reporting, and client communications. You'll work with global brands, helping them validate new concepts and drive e-commerce sales.
Responsibilities Driving paid social and search strategy for a portfolio of consumer electronic and CPG brands Setting and hitting client targets Building and monitoring campaigns to ensure that accounts are pacing well relative to budgets and targets Implementing testing initiatives to improve performance e.g. offer, creative, and channel testing Collaborate with creative team to produce new campaign assets Responding to client emails and leading client calls Prepare weekly and monthly client reports
Requirements 2+ years of media buying experience (social and search) 1+ years in a client-facing role at a digital agency Proven track record in meeting or exceeding client goals and targets Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferences Experience with DTC and e-commerce clients Experience with lead generation and email marketing Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
