International Creative Operations Intern
to our global Ninja team.
OVERVIEW:
The International Creative Operations Intern reports to the Senior Manager of APAC Creative Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day project management and traffic flow of International print projects. The International Creative Operations Intern will ensure that all work is assigned appropriately, inputs are strong and that the ask is shepherded from kickoff to file release. They will work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure strategic initiatives are appropriately staffed, executive timelines can be actioned on, and the team's workload is manageable.
In addition, the International Creative Operations Intern will be responsible for understanding the overarching project load and available resources within the International Production Team. They will regularly reprioritize and shift projects to accommodate the fluctuations of the business, while focusing on efficiency. They will collaborate closely with Production Leads, NPD PMs and CGI PM to coordinate timelines, resources and to share information.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
Participate in weekly and daily status update meetings with key Production, Operations, and Digital Team members, business partners, and maintain daily hot lists as needed Prepare and negotiate timelines, schedules, and resources with Product Development, Creative, CGI, Operations and other team members as needed Communicate regularly about project progress, status, scope, risks and opportunities to team, colleagues and Associate Managers Proactively set expectations, communicate project status, and assist internal clients Proactively reach out to business partners to forecast work and maintain production schedules Manage Wrike as needed to support the team's workload and provide visibility to dates and resource constraints Identify inefficiencies and proactively refine and establish processes to streamline work. Process improvements to span across inner-team dynamics, Wrike, and overall creative collateral routing
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Solution-oriented with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work quickly and decisively Ability to understand interdepartmental structure and dynamics; use diplomacy to balance competing project requests Flexible with superior prioritization skills within a fast-paced environment Comfortable in team or autonomous work situations. Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to partner with clients to develop relevant, effective marketing communications strategies-scoping projects in support of business objectives. Friendly, calm, reliable, with a sense of humor and desire to produce amazing for the business.
Education and Experience
0-2 years of experience in Project Management or closely related Traffic Management position in a creative environment. Experience or interest in working at in-house creative departments or ad agency environments that support worldwide offices. Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality. Proficiency in Wrike++ Excel, Microsoft Word required, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint a plus.

OVERVIEW:
