As Lead Designer , you’ll be responsible for shaping and refining user experiences across mobile and web platforms , ensuring seamless navigation and engagement. You'll also collaborate with the marketing team to craft visually compelling assets for advertising and branding. Working closely with the product manager and development team , you’ll transform user insights into innovative design solutions that enhance the overall experience and drive product success.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centred Product Design – Create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Iterative UX Enhancements – Analyse user data and feedback to continuously refine the platform’s design and usability.
- Maintain Consistency – Establish and oversee a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborative Execution – Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align design strategies with company objectives.
- User Testing & Validation – Conduct research, test usability, and refine designs based on performance metrics and user insights.

- Experienced in product design , with a strong portfolio showcasing work on B2C mobile and web applications.
- Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools used to create interactive experiences.
- Skilled in building scalable design systems , ensuring ease of implementation for developers.
- Analytical thinker , capable of incorporating user insights into the design process.
- Background in digital consumer platforms or online services is a plus .
