JustinBradley’s client, a multinational mass media and entertainment company, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to provide User Experience services to the entirety of our client. This is a very rewarding position with the opportunity to create and improve engaging products that are used daily by our clients’ employees as well as external clients. You will be working with a high-profile media company and will get networking opportunities with multiple teams cross-functionally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific data analysis.
  • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan overall design.
  • Ability to create and use UX artifacts such as, User Journeys, Flow Maps, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, Design System.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams: Business Stakeholders, UX team and Development Teams.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in Figma - Will be used to prototype and design within this role.
  • Experience in designing enterprise software - Looking for UX designer who has previously worked on internal software for prior organizations.
  • Excellent visual design skills – shown in Portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of using Miro (team uses to collaborate workflow and whiteboard together)
  • M365 suite experience
  • Experience in software design and development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong visual design skills
