The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and be on the path to licensure. Familiarity with all or almost all project phases and fluency in Revit are a must. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams on the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Participate in all project phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Utilize Revit for project design, documentation, and coordination.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and industry best practices to support project design and development.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Fluency in Revit is essential; additional experience with other design software is a plus.
- Actively pursuing licensure.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the profession.
