Since 2009, The Dorm has been a mission-driven, client-centered mental health organization that has been bringing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to young adults, ages 18-30. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and innovative marketing manager to join our multidisciplinary New York City team and contribute to our goal of making a difference.

The Dorm's marketing manager will have experience planning, strategizing and completing market research, identifying trends, preparing and launching content marketing campaigns, curating branded content, writing copy that is optimized for a variety of target audiences, supporting with executing marketing, education and partnership events including invitations, collateral and engagement strategies.

What You Will Do:

Working with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and Senior Marketing Manager on overseeing the development of compelling and strategic search optimized digital content, including web page updates, blogs, clinical case studies, social media posts and other promotional and educational material and collateral. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the mental health treatment competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and inspire future efforts. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of cross-channel campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools (across Google Analytics, Mailchimp reporting and social media insights) and recommend improvements as needed. Find efficiencies and best practices and work towards putting them into action, including establishing and maintaining team workflows, monitoring email lists, and optimizing data and reporting deliverables. Work closely with other cross-functional teams (including outreach, admissions, research and clinical) to ensure marketing efforts align with broader organization goals. Taking the lead on new special projects that are determined by the leadership team that relate to communications and marketing efforts and support with honing The Dorm's on-site client and family experience and any referral relations efforts Managing vendors related to ordering key marketing collateral e.g. brochures, posters, Assisting with collateral development including proofing, vendor bidding, selection of materials, etc. Support with managing and training marketing interns, as needed. What You Need to Qualify:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Communications/Journalism or a related field preferred Skill and comfort with Google Suite tools (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive) necessary Proficiency in analyzing basic data (i.e. from Google Analytics/Email or Social Insights) and derive strategic insights to inform decision-making. Extremely strong writing and communications skills required The ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively within a team environment Very strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Experience and comfort on a variety of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok and Facebook) Familiarity with the mental health treatment industry is preferred What We Offer
