hire, you'll define and execute our marketing strategy, ensuring Privy is discoverable, well-positioned, and top-of-mind for developers and businesses building in crypto. You'll work closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to craft compelling narratives, create high-quality content, and drive engagement across multiple channels.

What you'll do

This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketer who can balance product marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, and brand storytelling to accelerate Privy's growth.

1. Product Marketing (Positioning, Messaging, GTM, Launches)

Define Privy's ICPs (ideal customer profiles) across startup, fintech, and enterprise audiences, refining our segmentation strategy. Craft differentiated and competitive positioning and value props that resonate in a competitive and rapidly evolving space. Develop and iterate on core messaging, ensuring it speaks to our technical and business audiences. Own GTM strategy for new features and product updates, ensuring clear, compelling launch narratives. Establish feedback loops with sales, product, and customers to refine our approach. 2. Demand Generation (Content, Social, Community)

Build and execute a demand generation strategy that drives inbound interest and adoption via content, social, community engagement and events. Own Privy's content marketing, ensuring a steady drumbeat of thought leadership, case studies, product updates, educational content, and sales enablement materials. Manage our social presence (Twitter, Farcaster, LinkedIn) to build engagement and community. Scale our events & hackathon strategy, ensuring Privy has a strong presence in developer ecosystems. Develop SEO and inbound strategies to improve discoverability. 3. Customer Engagement

Engage directly with customers via social and community channels, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Build self-serve education initiatives to reduce friction and improve onboarding. Improve free-to-paid conversion strategies, optimizing messaging and customer journeys. Develop programs to surface customer success stories, amplifying Privy's impact. 4. Employer & Talent Brand (Secondary Focus)

Strengthen Privy's recruiting brand, making us the top choice for top-tier fintech and crypto talent. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight our culture, team, and mission. What we're looking for 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in developer tools, fintech, or crypto. Proven track record of driving successful and authentic content, product, and growth marketing initiatives. Strong storytelling skills-ability to craft authentic narratives around customer and product obsession and focus on craft. A deep interest in engaging directly with developers and communities Privy works in. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and wear multiple hats. Experience distilling a brand voice and having it shine through content Rigor with communications and precision on language and positioning Bonus points if you have...
