OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Off-Road marketing team. In this role, you will design and produce marketing assets for digital media, print, and activation collateral. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and events teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. You have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You have experience in implementing marketing campaigns and a portfolio showcasing strong illustration skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Develop high-impact visual concepts for both digital and print.

Proficient in conceptualizing and sketching designs for diverse applications.

Possess a keen eye for typography and layout, effectively integrating text and imagery.

Demonstrated ability to create detailed illustrations for various uses.

Execute and advance brand through design activations.

Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in production-level work, consistently meeting tight deadlines with efficiency

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.

Ability to self-start and confidently present ideas during concept phase

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media campaigns, print, illustration and event materials.

Keen eye for visual details.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

60% in office, 40% hybrid (work from home). This may get flexible over time, but face to face collaboration is mandatory for this role.

The pay range for Minnesota is $78,000 to $94,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
