This is an hybrid position 3 days per week in the office (Redwood City), 2 days per week working remotely.
The VP of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and is responsible to lead a global team and build a pipeline that fuels the growth of SightCall. As VP of marketing, you are highly cross-functional, strategic, and both a creative and analytical thinker. Reporting to the CEO, you'll manage the global marketing teams including digital marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.

What you'll be doing: • Consider a new way of operating - visionary and futuristic. • Drive user and customer acquisition by developing, implementing, and managing the marketing plan. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver. • Develop and execute new digital campaigns. Manage day-to-day operations across multiple digital channels. • Build processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth. • Work closely with Sales to deploy campaigns and ensure alignment across teams. • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly • Work closely with Product Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment. • Diagnosing pipeline generation challenges and proactively solving them
Requirement Skills and Qualifications: • First and foremost, you are creative, inventive, and a visionary in your field, constantly trying new things! • 10 + years of demand generation and digital marketing for B2B Cloud Software companies. • Experience in driving end-to-digital journeys through digital marketing and programs for SaaS products. • Experience with ABM programs and platforms • Deep understanding of how enterprise organizations try, buy and use products. • Understands integrity and truth in marketing, putting the customer first on all marketing decisions. • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly. • Work closely with Product Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment. • An innate sense of urgency to drive programs forward.
