As the Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you'll assist the marketing team to develop, coordinate, and implement social media campaigns to support both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) audiences. This position focuses on developing, executing, and managing social media, community-building and personalized marketing efforts to drive engagement with our brands' accounts and websites. Working closely with the Marketing Director, Managers, and other team members, you'll ensure that our marketing efforts are cohesive, aligned with our brand's voice, and effectively reach our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, curate and share compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audiences and align with our brand identity across social platforms. Collaborate with team members to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive traffic, engagement and conversions that uphold the brand's identity across all platforms. Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement - and use those learnings to influence future outreach. Establishes and maintains timelines for marketing plans and engagement campaigns. Maintains and enhances relationships with internal stakeholders that assist our organization with our promotional efforts including: Project Management, Business Development, Editorial/Content, Creative and other Marketing teams. Implements the planning and execution of marketing tactics to drive audience generation and event recruitment through marketing campaigns. Develops compelling copy and creative content for promotional materials as needed - emails, social media, newsletters, and coordinates the project from start to end date. Assist with developing brand-specific print and electronic materials including conference handouts, pull ups, directional signage, program ads, etc and coordinate shipment with the meeting management team, as needed Qualifications:
Social Media : Proficient in various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for engagement and content promotion. Experience with management of influencer relationships is a plus. Content Creation : Demonstrated skills in writing marketing materials for social, events & other collateral. Teamwork:
Team-first attitude, contributing to projects, and building positive relationships are essential. Creativity : Generates fresh ideas for campaigns and problem-solving that engage target audiences. Adaptability : Flexible and open to change to handle shifting priorities and new challenges in a fast-paced marketing environment. Experience:
1-3 years of social media and marketing experience with a proven track record of success. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Previous experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Benefits:
