The Strategist, Performance Creative reports to the VP, Strategy Performance Creative. You will collaborates with senior leaders, managers, creative and activation teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize strategic opportunities and challenges. In this hybrid opportunity you will conduct research, data analysis, competitive audits, market trends, and create insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you'll help design and implement creative strategic plans, briefs, and testing, while monitoring and evaluating their progress and impact. Strategist may also facilitate brainstorms, presentations, and communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the account's strategic vision and goals.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with other agency teams (Analytics, Customer Strategy, Media, Client Services, Creative) and act as the coordinator/integrator between them.

• Compile and synthesize relevant research to support creative, client projects, strategic initiatives and audiences.

• Identifying trends and insights that can inspire and provoke creative ideas.

• Serves as a source of data and analysis for performance.

• Develop comprehensive briefs that outline a project's goals, goals, requirements, target audiences, creative deliverables and help develop messaging, creative considerations, and positioning for brands.

• An understanding of media channels and their purpose within the market ecosystem.

• Updating ad campaigns based on industry trends, and analyzing ad performance data

• Working with other departments and facilitating collaborative workshops/brainstorms.

• Transform brainstorm notes into ideas, contributing to the development of applicable strategies.

• Supports workshops with excellent note taking and contact reports.

• Help outline execution plans based on approved strategies, providing incremental value through detailed planning and recommendations.

• Stay updated with basic tools, techniques, and practices in the field, incorporating new advancements into your daily work to enhance effectiveness.

• Help identify and understand client priorities, offering structured advice and incremental value to client projects in specific areas.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a strategy or equivalent position.

• 2+ years' experience using multiple marketing research tools and methodologies - from new ways of applying technology to conduct primary research, a working knowledge of 3rd party research, secondary research and social listening.

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field.

• A demonstrated understanding of working with multiple agency disciplines including direct mail, media, social, content, UX, analytics and technology.

• Knowledge of Dynamic Creative Optimization and the platforms within the industry.

• Experience being in and working with a DCO platform.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
