Job Type Part-timeDescriptionThis position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team with analytics, reporting, and digital content management. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing digital campaigns, and assisting with marketing operations to enhance our reach and engagement. While this position is primarily remote, occasional special events, chamber gatherings, or photo shoots may require in-person assistance. Essential Functions: Analytics & Data Tracking Track and analyze website, social media, and email marketing performance using Google Analytics, HotJar, and Meta Business Suite. Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance. Monitor digital ad campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization. Digital Marketing & Content Assistance Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking. Assist with content updates on the YMCA website using modern WYSIWYG content entry systems. Optimize website content for SEO and user experience, ensuring alignment with best practices. Maintain and organize marketing assets, reports, and content calendars. Assist with digital advertising, including Google Ads and social media promotions. Design & Branding Support Support the marketing team with basic graphic design tasks using Canva. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Work Environment & Physical Demands:Part-time, remote position with occasional in-person responsibilities for special events, chamber gatherings, or photo shoots. Requirements Experience with Google Analytics, HotJar, and Meta Business Suite. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). HTML/CSS experience for email marketing and content management. Hands-on experience with modern WYSIWYG content entry systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Experience with Daxko (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) preferred. Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization strategies preferred. Salary Description $20 - 30 per hour / 20 hours per week
