About this roleWe're seeking an experienced Email Marketer to join our dynamic team and elevate our email campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with our Campaign and Lifecycle Manager to optimize campaign performance, drive results, and push creative boundaries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven track record in email marketing. Your responsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating and managing email lists, designing email templates, and scheduling sendsContent Creation: Work with members of the marketing team to Write compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audiencePerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the teamA/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times to improve campaign effectivenessSegmentation: Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant data to deliver targeted and personalized contentCollaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelinesTool Proficiency: Utilize email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track campaigns☆ Is this you?Experience: 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environmentEmail Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trendsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing software and CRM systemsCommunication Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detailAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
