This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and boosting engagement and revenue in a rapidly expanding company.As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, enhancing digital engagement, and driving customer acquisition for a leading fitness brand.If you're a creative visionary with a robust background in digital marketing and a knack for transformative leadership, this is the perfect opportunity to shape the future of a company experiencing exciting growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the brand forward.Oversee the overhaul of the company website to enhance user experience and integrate advanced tracking and subscription management features.Leverage CRM data to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.Lead a team in executing robust marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing avenues.Skills and Experience Required:At least 7 years of experience with a proven track record in marketing strategy execution.Expertise in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation tools.Strong leadership abilities, capable of mentoring and inspiring a team.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Proficiency with CRM software, such as HubSpot.Location:Based in Riverside, California, with minimal travel required; mainly local visits to clubs.Full time on-site with standard office hours (9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)Remuneration:Competitive salary with performance related bonus, flexible PTO, health insurance stipend.
